HYPER-LOCAL COMMUNITY MAGAZINES:
Estrella Publishing currently produces 60,000 premier hyper-local community magazines each month, reaching more than 150,000 residents across nine desirable communities throughout Arizona’s West Valley. Guided by our motto, “From Your Neighbors, For Your Neighbors,” our publications are created to celebrate local stories, support local businesses, and strengthen community connections.

Our publications include Up The Hill Magazine serving Estrella and CantaMia, Viva Magazine serving PebbleCreek, The Hamlet Magazine serving Palm Valley, The Park Magazine serving Litchfield Park, Main Street Magazine serving Verrado and Victory, Mountain View Magazine serving Vistancia, Trilogy, and Blackstone, The Front Porch Magazine serving Marley Park, The Grove Magazine serving Sterling Grove, and CB Living Magazine serving Corte Bella.

Each magazine is produced in full color on high-quality matte recycled paper and delivered by mail on the first of every month to homes and businesses within its respective community. As a locally owned, woman-owned, and family-operated business, Estrella Publishing provides affordable advertising opportunities with exceptional readership and distribution, offering strong value for local marketing budgets. We also provide graphic support to help businesses create professional, effective advertisements.

Unlike traditional advertising circulars or coupon mailers, our magazines are content-driven publications featuring stories, updates, and community-focused articles that are relevant to each neighborhood. Our content is created locally by residents, community members, and contributors who understand the people, businesses, and events that make each community unique.

Estrella Publishing is also committed to environmentally responsible publishing. We partner with a local Arizona-based eco-friendly printer that uses FSC-certified paper containing post-consumer fiber, along with biodegradable soy-based inks.

In addition to our print publications, every edition is available online with expanded content, advertisements, and special offers. Each magazine is also supported by a dedicated Facebook page, helping local businesses and community members stay connected across both print and digital platforms.
