Advertisement Design & Ownership

Advertisement design services are not included with standard advertising orders unless otherwise specified. Professional advertisement design services are available for an additional fee of $125, which includes up to one hour of design labor.

All advertisement designs, graphics, and creative materials developed by Estrella Publishing remain the intellectual property of Estrella Publishing. Advertisers are granted the right to use these materials for their own marketing purposes; however, such materials may not be used in any competing publication without prior written authorization from Estrella Publishing. Unauthorized use in a competing publication may result in a licensing fee of $250.

Submission of Advertising Materials

Advertisers are responsible for providing all logos, images, artwork, and other advertising materials required for publication. All materials must be submitted no later than the 10th day of the month preceding publication.

By submitting advertising materials, advertisers affirm that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the submitted content and authorize Estrella Publishing to publish such materials.

Advertisement Updates & Revisions

Advertisers under contract may update their advertising materials throughout the duration of their agreement. Revised advertising content must be received by the 10th day of the month preceding publication in order to appear in the upcoming issue.

If updated materials are not received by the submission deadline, Estrella Publishing will continue to publish the advertiser's most recently approved advertisement.

Editorial & Advertising Standards

Estrella Publishing reserves the right to refuse, reject, edit, or modify any advertisement, artwork, or submitted content at its sole discretion and at any time prior to publication.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and timely publication, Estrella Publishing shall not be liable for any losses, damages, omissions, printing errors, or failure to publish advertisements for any reason.

Advertisement Placement

Advertisement placement within a publication is generally not guaranteed. Estrella Publishing will make reasonable efforts to accommodate placement requests; however, no obligation is assumed to fulfill specific placement preferences.

Guaranteed placement is available only for designated premium advertising positions and pages, as outlined in the applicable advertising agreement.
