Apple Crisp

There’s something magical about apple season. The air feels a little crisper, sweaters start making their way out of the closet, and kitchens everywhere begin to smell of cinnamon, butter, and baked apples. For me, nothing captures that feeling of comfort quite like apple crisp. It’s the humble cousin of apple pie—just as cozy and nostalgic, but far simpler to pull together. No rolling pins, no perfectly crimped crusts—just tender apples tucked under a blanket of golden, buttery crumble.

Oats, butter, flour, and brown sugar form the rustic topping, turning golden and crunchy as the apples bubble beneath. Best of all? A warm scoop with melting vanilla ice cream. So grab your favorite apples, preheat the oven, and let’s get baking—because nothing says home quite like apple crisp.
